In 2015, Sean Regan was fed up with the way plumbing companies in the Vancouver area were handling their business. He was constantly going back to job sites to fix the mistakes of others, there was very little organization, and the customers were the ones suffering the most. At that point, he decided it was time to do it his way. With the help of his brother, Sean built SMR to make sure he was always doing work he could be proud of. Putting clients first became the SMR model and with it came exceptional work that gets done right the first time. With a conscious emphasis on communication, SMR will make sure you know all you need to keep your plumbing and heating systems up and running smoothly between scheduled maintenance.
