Project Manager
The experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Journeyman Plumber
The licensed Journeyman Plumber assists with all commercial, residential and service plumbing/heating projects. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance as well as installing complete plumbing and heating systems according to blueprints or other technical documents. You also oversee apprentice plumbers who have not achieved their journeyman status and act as a leader and role model. Must have completion of technical training through a trade school or apprenticeship and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Apprentice
The apprentice plumber is a non ticketed plumber working under the guidance of a more experienced tradesman. They will perform many of the same tasks as the experienced tradesman, including installing new plumbing and heating systems, installation of plumbing fixtures, repair and maintenance of existing systems, and drain cleaning.
They may handle easier jobs on their own but also act as a helper on more complex jobs. Applicants well suited to becoming apprentice plumbers are well organized and detail-oriented, are able to follow instructions and clear orders, enjoy working with a
range of different people each day, and have strong mechanical skills.
